Ways to Give

Festival Underwriter - $25,000 or more

A Festival Underwriter pays a portion of the production expenses for one of the Festival’s four main shows which cost approximately $80,000 each.

 A Festival Underwriter receives:

  • Logo and corporate name prominently listed on all printed materials and in the Season Playbill on same page as play title.  (This production of “Title” is underwritten by a generous gift from ____________.)
  • Live, onstage acknowledgement before every performance of the sponsored production
  • Logo and corporate name featured in lobby display
  • Logo and link to web site on the Festival’s web site
  • A full-page ad in the Season Playbill (value: $600)
  • Twenty-four tickets to sponsored show or six season tickets (value $672)
  • Twelve tickets to the children’s show (value: $84)
  • Reserved parking space with signage: “Reserved for [your name]”

Acting Workshop Underwriter - $15,000

The Acting Workshop Underwriter provides scholarships for ten (10) deserving students (value: $9950), to attend the annual two-week, intensive Acting Workshop for young theatre artists taught by professional TSF Company Members. The grant also covers part of the instructional salaries and supplies, housing, meals, tickets to all Festival productions, and Acting Workshop T-shirts imprinted with Underwriter’s logo or name.

 The Acting Workshop Underwriter receives:

  • A full-page ad in the Season Playbill (value: $600)
  • Listing in all printed materials as “TSF Acting Workshop underwritten by __”
  • Logo and corporate name featured in lobby display
  • Logo and link to website on the Festival’s website
  • Four-color ad or logo on Workshop T-shirts
  • Live, onstage acknowledgement before every matinee performance during the two week workshop
  • Sixteen individual tickets or four season tickets (value: $448)
  • Eight tickets to the children’s show (value: $56)
  • Reserved parking space with signage: “Reserved for [your name]”

Company Meals Underwriter — $15,000

Provides the TSF Company balanced evening meals three nights each week during their ten-week stay in Kilgore.

 The Company Dinners Underwriter receives:

  • A full-page ad in the Season Playbill (value: $600)
  • Listing in all printed materials as “TSF Company Dinners provided by __”
  • Logo and corporate name featured in lobby display
  • Logo and link to website on the Festival’s website
  • Sixteen individual tickets or four season tickets (value: $448)
  • Eight tickets to the children’s show (value: $56)
  • Reserved parking space with signage: “Reserved for [your name]”

Costumes or Scenery Underwriter – $15,000

An Underwriter at this level provides funding for either the costumes or the scenery for the summer season.

 The Costumes or Scenery Underwriter receives:

  • A full-page ad in the Season Playbill (value: $600)
  • Logo and corporate name featured in lobby display
  • Logo and corporate name prominently displayed in the season playbill on the same page as two of the play titles
  • Live, onstage acknowledgement before every performance of two of the season’s productions
  • Logo and link to website on the Festival’s website
  • Twelve individual tickets or three season tickets (value: $ 336)
  • Six tickets to the children’s show (value: $42)
  • Reserved parking space with signage: “Reserved for [your name]”

Company Housing Underwriter — $15,000

The Company Housing Underwriter pays for the cost of providing dormitory rooms for all members of the TSF Company for ten weeks.

  • The Company Housing Underwriter receives:
  • A full-page ad in the Season Playbill (value: $600)
  • Logo and corporate name featured in lobby display
  • Logo and corporate name prominently displayed in the season playbill on the same page as two of the play titles
  • Logo and link to website on the Festival’s website
  • Twelve individual tickets or three season tickets (value: $336)
  • Six tickets to the children’s show (value: $42)
  • Reserved parking space with signage: “Reserved for [your name]”

Children’s Show Underwriter — $7,500

The Children’s Show Underwriter pays for producing the annual children’s play. Those costs include scenery, costumes, props, lighting, sound and royalties.

  • A full-page ad in the Season Playbill (value: $600)
  • Logo and corporate name featured in lobby display
  • Logo and link to website on the Festival’s website
  • Twelve individual tickets or three season tickets (value: $336)
  • Six tickets to the children’s show (value: $42)
  • Reserved parking space with signage: “Reserved for [your name]”

Director / Designer / Actor Sponsor – $5,000

This level of support pays the salary and the transportation costs for one of the directors, designers or leading actors.

A Director/Designer/Actor Sponsor receives:

  • A half-page ad in the Season Playbill (value: $400)
  • Acknowledgement in the Playbill on each page listing the name of the sponsored Artist
  • Logo and corporate name listed beneath the Artist’s photo in the theatre lobby
  • Logo and link to website on the Festival’s website
  • Eight individual tickets or two season tickets (value: $224)
  • Four tickets to the children’s show (value: $28)
  • Private backstage tour hosted by the sponsored Artist
  • Reserved parking space with signage: “Reserved for [your name]”

Stratford Room Sponsor – $5,000

Provides funds for TSF to purchase Stratford Room items at wholesale prices for resale    in the Gift Shop and Concessions Lobby.

The Stratford Room Sponsor receives:

  • A half-page ad in the Season Playbill (value: $400)
  • Multiple acknowledgements in the Playbill
  • Logo and corporate name listed in the theatre lobby
  • Logo and link to website on the Festival’s website
  • Eight individual tickets or two season tickets (value: $224)
  • Four tickets to the children’s show (value: $28)
  • Private backstage tour hosted by the Artistic Director or Managing Director
  • Reserved parking space with signage: “Reserved for [your name]”

Corporate Sponsor – $2,500

Corporate sponsors provide funds to cover general expenses for the current season.

A Corporate Sponsor receives:

  • Prominent listing in the Season Playbill on the Corporate Sponsor page
  • Logo and corporate name featured in lobby display
  • Logo and link to website on the Festival’s website
  • Eight individual tickets or two season tickets (value: $224)
  • Four tickets to the children’s show (value: $28)
  • Private backstage tour hosted by the Artistic Director or the Managing Director.
  • Reserved parking space with signage: “Reserved for Corporate Sponsors”

Individual Intern Sponsor — $1,250

Pays the ten-week salary of one of the TSF Company Interns in Acting, Costuming, Properties, Lighting, Sound, Stage Management, or Audience Services.

 An Intern Sponsor receives:

  • Acknowledgement in the Playbill under the sponsored Intern’s picture
  • Name featured in lobby display alongside Intern’s photo
  • Four individual tickets or one season ticket (value: $112)
  • Four tickets to the children’s show (value: $28)
  • Private backstage tour hosted by the Artistic Director or the Managing Director.
  • Reserved parking space with signage: “Reserved for Artist Sponsors”

Acting Workshop Scholarship Sponsor – $995

A scholarship pays the tuition, fees, room and board for one deserving young theatre student to attend the annual TSF two-week workshop taught by professional theatre artists.

A Scholarship Sponsor receives:

  • Listing in the Season Playbill as an Acting Workshop Scholarship Sponsor
  • Framed certificate acknowledging support of the Acting Workshop
  • One season ticket to the 2010 season (value: $85)
  • Two tickets to The Tortoise and the Hare, the 2010 children’s show (value: $14)
  • Name displayed in the theatre lobby as a Workshop Scholarship

Van Cliburn Seating Sponsor — $500 or $350

For a donation of $500 a brass plate will be inscribed with your name or “In Honor of ___” or “In Memory of ___” by “[Your Name]” and affixed to the back of a center-section auditorium seat. An identical brass plate will be attached to a plaque located in the theatre lobby. Select a side-section seat for a $350 donation.

Place an advertisement in the current season’s Playbill.

Playbill advertisers receive:

  • One-eighth page full-color display = $150
  • One-fourth page full-color display = $250
  • One-half page full-color display = $400
