Audience Services / Ticket Office Manager

May 13 arrival / July 29 depart

$4,000 stipend / $350 travel / private dorm housing / 14 meals a week

Responsible for the management of the ticket office; duties include creating schedules, working with our online ticketing system, and greeting guests; selling tickets, both on the phone and at the window for a four-show repertory, a children's show, and any auxiliary productions; processing mail orders, preparing daily reports, and assisting the publicity effort of the festival; responsible for generating all necessary ticket office reports; will assist in the front of house, working with a volunteer crew of ushers; participate in opening night discussions; assist in company strike; and any other duties that will be subject to a reasonable agreement between the Artist Director and/or his agent; responsible for maintaining a professional impression in attire and personal appearance while working in the Festival's ticket office and front of house positions (no T-shirts, no shorts, must wear appropriate professional footwear, non unprofessional body jewelry, make-up, hair style, or visible tattoos); the Festival reserves the right to provide and require the artist to wear a uniform. 

 

Audience Services / Concession and Gift Shop Manager

May 15 arrival / July 29 depart

$4,000 stipend / $350 travel / private dorm housing / 14 meals a week

Responsible for the management of the gift shop, as well as greeting guests; assist the Artistic director in purchasing items for resale in the Festival's gift shop and concession area; serve at the sales counter in the Stratford Room; responsible for making daily sales report for both the Stratford room and the concession area; responsible for maintaining and ordering stock for the Stratford room and concession area; assist with the set-up of the lobby, Stratford room, and concession area; assist in company strike; participate in the opening night discussions; and any other duties that will be subject to a reasonable agreement between the Artist and the Artistic Director and or his agent; responsible for maintaining a professional impression in attire and personal appearance while working in the Festival's Stratford Room, lobby, and concession area (no T-shirts, no shorts, must wear appropriate professional footwear, non unprofessional body jewelry, make-up, hair style, or visible tattoos); the Festival reserves the right to provide and require the artist to wear a uniform.  

 

Audience Services / Ticket Office Assistant Manager

$2,500 stipend / double occupancy dorm housing / 14 meals a week

$1,250 stipend / double occupancy dorm housing / 14 meals a week

May 15 arrival / July 29 depart

To serve as a Technical Intern assigned primarily to the Stratford Room department; assist in the Stratford room and the concession area; assist in maintaining and ordering stock for the Stratford room and concession area; assist with the set-up of the lobby, Stratford room, and concession area; assist in company strike; participate in the opening night discussions; and any other duties that will be subject to a reasonable agreement between the Artist and the Artistic Director and or his agent; responsible for maintaining a professional impression in attire and personal appearance while working in the Festival's Stratford Room, lobby, and concession area (no T-shirts, no shorts, must wear appropriate professional footwear, non unprofessional body jewelry, make-up, hair style, or visible tattoos); the Festival reserves the right to provide and require the artist to wear a uniform.
